Webpaybank has been closed. This is nothing strange, because we all know that one day or the other any autosurf program will be closed. The only thing that is left to be guessed is when this day comes, because it depends on the abilities of the administrator and most of all to his honesty. We have been on the scenes long enough to understand that nothing is forever, and that we all are part of a big game that consists of understanding when the time to exit give up with the match has arrived.
But what we find really strange in this site closing is that the message that has been published by the admin on his homepage (you can find it at the end of this article) is the same that was published by Dave on his
12by12daily.net (the follower of his famous dadndaves) when he had to close it down due to claimed lack of incoming funds and some other enormous obstacles. We do remember that day because it was a really sad day. All of us were so convinced that dave could not fail that we felt like we were hit by a big hammer once he clearly stated that the site was closed.
We had a good feeling with WebPaybank during the last months, the site launched with a great and expensive campaign (10$ bonus to every member), the admin has been always supportive and carefull, but this final message, this final step, leaves us alone with our doubts.
Was this another site run by Dave? If so, we can start doubting of Daves integrity and honesty, because he said that he would not ever come back as autosurf admin again!
Anyhow, another site has closed, that is the fact.

 | Hi Everybody,
This is the hardest update I have ever had to write. WebPayBank is now closed. I have done everything in my power to keep the site operating, but, at the end of the day, if theres is no money coming in, then there is nothing to pay out. Since the launch of WebPayBank I have been working long hours 7 days a week to make this a success. Some of you will appreciate the effort I have put in, others will not. During that time, we have been subjected to some enormous obstacles. We have still been unable to totally correct these errors. First of all we had a problem when MPE (MoneyPay-Europe) who decided to stop operating and give us all refunds, we are still owed 20,000 eurros and no chance of getting it back over 10 weeks have passed and they pay less than 200 accounts per day. We replaced that with Moneybookers who shut down our account owing us $5000 even though we submitted all the information they asked us to.We also had lesser programmes starting to piggy back off the success of WebPayBank these programmes relied on my skills and then offered low % to make the programmes last for long periods.Worse than that, it also started a massive campaign of negativity in the German forums, resulting in a lack of confidence, and complaints to egold. We were able to get through these problems, and make WebPayBank a successful site for a time. Just when we thought we had things back on an even keel,by introducing the 50% rule, but it was the beginning of the lack of confidence shown by members. Members chose to just upgrade by 50% and we were paying out massive amounts to all members who upgraded by at least 50%. Some members emailed their downline telling them not to make any further upgrades. Also some German Forums have been calling WebPayBank a joke (Noteably Surf and Zock) The action of these members was probably the single most influential factor in the downfall of WebPayBank. Many of you are familiar with what happens when there is a run on a bank, well the same thing happens in an autosurf program. I could see the level of confidence decreasing by the day. From a position where we would have been able to save the site, Upgrades were becoming less and less each day, until they are now at virtually zero. I have continued to make payouts in that time, in the hope that it might turn around, and I will continue to make payouts over the next few hours, until there is nothing left in my egold account. When and if we get money from the rougue Payment Processors we will make refunds on a % basis.
I am truly sorry about this situation. I am not a scammer, and I have not stolen and run away with your money. Every penny made from WebPayBank has been put back into the program to make payments.. I am a good person who has been hit with circumstances I cannot control. I believe the majority of members will understand this, and accept that I have done everything I could to keep the program going. There will be a rabble rousing minority who will not accept it, and will go screaming in the forums etc for revenge. If any of those members should be considering legal means to recoup any losses, I would remind them of the terms agreed to upon joining. (Relevant paragraphs printed below) Each member, upon joining ticked a box to say they had read and understood the terms and conditions. This constitutes a digital signature, which is then a legally binding document. If you still wish to pursue this avenue, then I should also tell you there is no money left. Every penny I have made from WebPayBank has been put back into the program,
In closing I would like to thank all the members that have supported me over the last couple of years. It is your support that has enabled me to continue as long as I have. I have been shattered by this, and it is highly unlikely that you will ever see me with an internet business again.
