Variosurf, nothing but a scam

You know, we all here know that money does not grow on trees. We all know that the majority of autosurf and hyip sites are ponzi, or games.

Everyone of us knows that it is not safe to put all his eggs in one basket and that one could never spend more than he can afford to loose. We even know that every program of this kind must end one day or another.

What makes us feel sick, is when we wake up all of a sudden and we find out that we have been taken by our noose, we have been fooled and our money has been blatantly stolen.

That is what has happened with Variosurf. I had a friendly conversation with Variosurf some days ago; we talked about the program and he asked me some hints on new features that could be introduced to attract people and to make the program itself even more profitable for investors. He seemed sincere, and I felt at ease. That is why I spoked with my consociate and we decided that, given the good feedback that we had from him, and given the good profit that we were making, the time was right for a full support of the program.
We went on with some additional advertising, and we moved it to the gold class. We made everything to give Variosurf more visibility than what was before. And the last decision was to increase our upgrades, which were 3*5 units, up to 3*10$ units.
Today, as soon as our first active upgrade expired, we went on purchasing a 10$ upgrade. I carried out the transaction personally, and I was really disappointed when I discovered that it was carried out in GBP (Great Britain Pounds), meaning that I had paid 19+ USD for a 10 USD upgrade.

Everyone who has been in this world enough, can understand the way I felt. You know, like a baby when you break his toy. Surprised at first, then disappointed. But I gave it a chance. I contacted the admin to report the error with a Critical ticket. No reply.
Then I went on reading forums and ratings around, and I discovered that I was not the first. That is why I decided to move the program to Problem status.
Now we have decided to close it, and we saw that some other monitors acted the same way. We do not mind wether he decides to come back and solve the issue. We won't give him another chance, because we believe that everything has been made having a scam in mind.
I am a programmer too, I cannot say wether I am skilled or not. I've wrote this site by myself, and I have worked with several autosurfs, hyips and ecommerce scripts; I am experienced with payment processors and with SCI interface, especially with E-Gold's interface, and I know that it is not possible to make an error like this accidentally. How can I say this?
Well, let me show you some behind-the-scenes details.
When you push the "pay" button on a site to process the payment via E-Gold, you are doing nothing but sending a hidden form to E-Gold. This hidden form, stored into the page where the button is placed, contains all the informations that E-gold will use to understand who are you going to pay what, where to redirect you if you confirm the payment or if you cancel it.
One of the field of the form, contains even the currency in which you are going to pay. This is an integer, and it is defined by a table which you can see on E-Gold'ìs site here.
The integer for USD is 1, while the integer for GBP is 44. So, it may happen that you digit a 11 instead of a 1, it may even happen that your finger is too fat and when you push the 1 on your keyboard you accidentally push the 2 so that the result is a 12. But in no way you can digit a 44 instead of a 1 unless you are willoing to digit a 44 with a fraudulent intention.
That is what we believe has happened here, and that is why we won't give this damned scammer a second chance.

To us, the program died by a sudden and bad death.

Sincerely, baldur
