Dear INS Family,

Some members have reported missed earnings that do not have 120% when upgrades expired and went to pending.

I have limited access to what information I can see in the control panel. If you found that you had this error in your pendings, there is one way that would be the most accurate way to fix this problem.

Please go to your History Page and make screen shots of your upgrades and pendings. Then send them to me by email as attachments. Then I can match them up, find the errors and correct them manually on the spreadsheets to make sure you will be paid the correct amounts.

Please include your member ID # in email and/or with screen shots.
