Dear INS Family,

Due to the fact of missed surfing days for many members, and because of the manual upgrades that I had to add, it will actually be another 5-10 days before all remaining active upgrades will expire and go to pending status. However, I didn’t want members to be waiting all that time to see payouts. So I have been continuing to send out regular payouts.

Basically, this is how I had to handle payouts at this point in time in order to serve as many members as possible fairly and in as short of time as possible, with the circumstances with which I have had to deal. I have started with the oldest pendings first and trying to pay as many members as possible as quickly as possible.

So for Round 1, I have started with the very oldest pendings and been basically paying 25% of upgrade amount. For smaller pendings, I have paid 50% of pending amount. And for the smallest pendings, I have paid the full pending amount. This is only for Round 1, since funds didn’t come in as expected. The future percentage will depend on income.

The whole situation was more complicated when I put INS on hold. I started to request more cashouts instead of reinvesting money, but because of the late payments from P2P, I have had to do some new planning. You will understand more of my new planning in another update coming very soon.
