Dear INS Family,

I hope all of you are fine and in good health. I want to update you as to the progress at INS.

Surfing will commence July 1. That will be the beginning of achieving three goals:
#1. You will be able to resume advertising your sites.
#2. I can start to have access to the history of all pendings in the control panel. I need all upgrades to expire for further analysis, and so that I can do a summary for payment that will include earnings.
#3. I will be able to start payouts sooner.

It will take 15 days of surfing for all upgrades to expire. But I will be able to start payments before all upgrades expire, and before the accounting analysis is finished. I am planning to start doing partial payouts on July 1, and the speed will depend on the recovery of the loss, bringing INS back to profit. While doing partial payouts, the goal will be to complete payout of upgrade amounts for all members first. Then payouts of earnings will follow after all upgrades are completely paid. An exception would be to pay small upgrades in full. When the upgrades expire, there will be a better picture and better understanding of everything.

The reason for the partial payments is that I have to keep investments in P2P and cannot withdraw the principal now to pay all upgrades in full. Therefore, I cannot withdraw everything to make fast payments. After I am able to withdraw principal, I will pay interest.

*Please make sure to make a copy and/or screen shot of your account history which will include upgrades and pendings.* These partial payments may not show in your cashout history, since each will have to be done manually.
