Dear INS Family,

Imagine a big cruise liner. The captain loves his cruise ship and always does his best to care for her and his many passengers that he is taking on a beautiful cruise. The captain is well known for being able to safely get passengers to their destination in a shorter amount of time than other ships.

The people love their captain, and they want the captain to make the ship go faster. So to please his passengers, the captain started increasing the speed. The ship is huge—maybe five stories tall. However, there was no crew on duty down below. So unfortunately, the captain didn't know that there was a hole in the bow of the ship at a low level. So, of course, he didn’t realize that water started coming into the ship through the hole. And while trying to please his passengers and accelerate his speed, the water was now being forced into the ship faster.

At this point, a cabin boy went down into the ship and discovered the hole and the water coming in and alerted the captain. The captain immediately brought the ship ashore to enlist the help of experts who came on board to analyze the situation and give him their advice in order to save the ship and avoid any further danger to the passengers.

His compelling mission right now became the safety of his passengers. So the captain detains the passengers on shore, so they will not suffer loss. Now that the passengers are safe, he will look for the best option to fix the hole, so he can get the ship back out to the ocean.

With the help of his advisor's, the captain now has realized what he had done incorrectly. To prevent danger for his passengers, he needed to have full understanding of the situation, so he could make good decisions early.

Once the needed repairs have been made, the passengers can re-board the ship, but this time he will have a well-staffed crew and measures in place to provide security for these passengers and his ship.


Members, I’m sure you have guessed that I am that captain. And now I understand that a hole developed in INS, and water was coming in.

I regret to say that through spreadsheets and careful analysis, we have discovered that INS is in loss. With this new knowledge, I now realize that to start everything going again at this time, as we had planned to do at the end of the No-Surf Holiday, would not be in the best interest of members. It would only complicate the situation that we must address. I have always wanted INS to go on forever, and I have always cared about my name, but I realize that I must put the safety of my members above everything else at all cost. In order to do that, there will need to continue to be an interruption of all activity of INS while I will try my best to pay all pendings in the shortest time frame possible, and I desire to start this process soon.

My utmost effort will be dedicated to paying all members with the intention to also include each member’s earnings. This week we will be working on developing a plan to bring INS back to profit. My goal is to owe no one any pending.
