Dear INS Family,

Hope you all are fine and in good health first of all I apologize that I have been remiss at keeping up communication over this No-Surf Holiday. I want to update you now as to the progress at INS.

For the best outcome; I have been working hard to deal with four main areas.

First, you may or may not know that I had to resolve an issue regarding my duties at Club2Profits. Since I had no decision making part in the investments, I realized that I could not serve any further purpose in continuing there. In addition and more importantly, being involved in Club2Profits was taking me away from my top priority--Invest-N-Surf. Therefore, I realized that I had to resign immediately and focus my full attention on INS. Unfortunately, there were delays in reaching people and communicating back and forth and preparing updates, etc. But I knew this needed to be behind me, so I had to take the time to do that and be released to move forward with INS.

Secondly, as you know after DDOS attacks, site has been up and down. Then when site was up, some people could still not access site. We have been checking all accounts, checking IP's from where we were getting attacks, and blocking IP addresses. We found some accounts had errors that needed fixing. And now we are scheduling move of site onto dedicated DDOS-protected server. We can't start site without security, so we want to be sure that site will be fine when everything starts going again. Programmer is working to fix support ticket system. While he is doing that, he is also adding instant vote and auto LR payouts. But the main thing, we have to be sure things are working well before starting full steam again.

Third, the No-Surf Holiday is helping the cash flow problem that was created by no upgrades during and after the DDOS attacks. Although I do not pay out with upgrade money, my investments were also slowed during the time of no upgrades. This time off is allowing me to get that more in balance.

Fourth, I have asked for help from a small team of members in the area of advising, analysis, planning, and communication. Having these members is a great asset to me. We are very busy right now working on analysis and planning. This planning I hope to finish by the first of next week. This also gives us the weekend since the entire team is around the world on different time zones. Since none are up at the same time, there are always time-delays in communication, or we have to stay up around the clock. Please be patient. We are feverishly working on this on your behalf to see that this program runs smoothly. Understand that any delay that we have now is beneficial, not detrimental, to assure that we are able to run this site professionally. As you know, Invest-N-Surf has always been important to me. It is my life. Rather than just do quick fixes, I want INS to be stable not just today, and tomorrow, but long into the future.

The bottom line is that these areas of work have created more delays than I first thought—which will require more time to our startup date after No-Surf holiday. Therefore, the No-Surf Holiday must be extended. I do not feel I can do justice to INS and to my members to start up quickly before being sure that site is secured and that I have good business planning so we are building on a good foundation. I have every hope that by the end of this weekend or first of next week, we will have a better idea of where we are sitting time wise with everything.
