30D-Ads and ref commissions

Hi to all our members and visitors
we have a special question for you all. Is there anyone that can explain us what should we do to withdraw our referral commissions (and even PTC earnings) at 30d-ads? We are not able to perform a cashout request, we have sent several support tickets asking for an explanation without success, so the last thing we can do is asking our visitors and members, just in case they know. We llike this program, it is up and paying since long, and it never gave us any trouble apart from this. So it is up to you!
