I am sorry for this inconvenient.
I removed e-gold as payment processor at Premiumsurf.net
This is 3rd time they blocked my account.
I don't want to take any risk about this in the future.
So if you already upgraded via E-Gold you will get paid to any Payment processor that Premiumsurf listed. (Members must add LR/AG/AP at their account)

Payment Processors that Premiumsurf accepted are :
Liberty Reserve, AlterGold and AlertPay.
